RETURN POLICY

On Accessories and non-custom items only, Hive & Colony offers a refund, merchandise exchange, or store credit if the same item is returned within 14 days of purchase accompanied by a register/gift receipt. Returns with a receipt over 14 days but no longer than 30 days or returns without a receipt will receive a store credit only. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-custom-made items are not exchangeable or refundable after alterations have been made.

On custom-made items, due to the bespoke nature, Hive & Colony does not issue refunds. Full monetary refunds can only be issued on custom-made orders within 24 hours from submitting the order. Hive & Colony is not responsible for any alterations and/or remakes of the garment if the client experienced a change of more than 10lbs in body weight from the time the client was measured to the time the client's garment was delivered.
